- Section 158: Qa’id Talimul Quran shall motivate members to learn reading of the Holy Quran with correct pronunciation and to teach it to others;
- Section 159 Qa’id Talimul Quran shall urge members to participate in Waqf-e- Aarzi
2. Talimul Quran Plan for the Year
a) Divine Guidance
i. Allah the almighty commands in the Holy Quran:
“and recite the Quran at Dawn. Verily, recitation of the Holy Quran at Dawn is acceptable to Allah” (17:79)
ii. The Holy Prophet pbuh says:
“The best among you is the one who learns the Holy Quran and teaches it”
b) The Promised Messiah(as)
“and this is also an integral part of our teaching for you, that you never treat the Holy Quran a thing to be discarded. Those who will honour the Holy Quran will be honoured in Heaven”
Then he further says in a Persian Couplet: “Anyone who arrogantly rejects and discards this light (The Holy Quran) is a wretched penniless and is the most unfortunate”
Therefore, we will:
i) Collect data for all Ansar in each Majlis to find the status as follows:
a. How many cannot read the Holy Quran b. How many know the translation of the Holy Quran c. How many want to learn the translation of the holy Quran
ii) Encourage all Ansar to learn split word translation of Holy Quran: iii) The Muntazim Talim ul Quran will arrange to teach the reading and translation to those who want to learn with the help of those who have this knowledge. iv) Qa’id Talim ul Quran will collect names of all teachers across all Majalis who could teach Holy Quran to Ansar members. He will circulate these names for general awareness as well as for Muntazmeen to arrange Holy Quran classes. v) Muntazim Talim ul Quran will keep a record of all members who read and recite the Holy Quran. vi)Every Majlis should arrange at least one meeting in each quarter specifically on the topic of Talim ul Quran that should cover the blessings of reading, learning and teaching of the Holy Quran. vii) All Majalis should urge their members to participate into National Talim ul Quran events and participate in Quran classes for certification. Muntazmeen are requested to maintain record of their certified Ansar.. viii) Qa’id Talim ul Quran will encourage all Ansar members to participate in Waqf-e Aarzi scheme by offering their names and locations for Waqf-e Aarzi. ix) Muntazmeen will keep a record of all Ansar who undertake Waqf-e Aarzi and submit their report on monthly basis to Qa’id Talim ul Quran. x) To prepare Taleem ul Quran teachers to teach Quran Nazra and translation at Majlis level:
– One week Taleem ul Quran Teachers Training Classes will be arranged at regional level. – These classes will be arranged quarterly and all Zuama/ Muntazmeen will be asked to nominate at least two Ansar to be trained as teacher. – The department will request respected Imam Jama’at in various centres to conduct these training sessions.
xii) Talim ul Quran Department will coordinate with National secretary Taleem ul Quran to achieve the objectives of teaching Holy Quran and Waqf-e Aarzi. xiii) Zuama will make sure that Ansar are participating in local Jama’at and National level Taleem ul Quran events. xiv) Syllabus for learning the Holy Quran will be given to all Majalis and progress will be monitored through monthly report and annual exam.
